Kleopatra Rentals (a division of EasyApartAlanya) acts as a professional mediator between guests and property owners. We do not own or operate all properties listed. The rental agreement is officially between the guest and the property owner/licensee.

2. Accuracy of Information

While we personally vet our apartments, Kleopatra Rentals is not responsible for minor discrepancies in furniture, decor, or local neighborhood changes. All "Winter Stay" prices are subject to utility usage terms.

3. External Factors (Force Majeure)

We are not liable for regional power outages, water supply interruptions, or construction noise from neighboring buildings in Alanya. We strongly recommend all guests purchase travel insurance before their arrival.

4. Compliance with Turkish Law

All short-term rentals sourced by us comply with Turkish Law No. 7464. Guests agree to provide valid passports for mandatory registration upon arrival.

  • Technical Data: IP address and cookies (via Wix) to improve site performance.

  • Sourcing and offering apartments that match your request.

  • Communicating with you regarding your booking.

  • Mandatory Kimlik Bildirim (Police Registration) required by Turkish Law once a booking is confirmed.

  • No Third-Party Sales: We never sell your data to marketing companies.

  • Property Owners: We only share your name and ID with the property owner or licensed manager once you decide to book a specific apartment.
