Our one-time service fee is paid per reservation. It ensures you have a stress-free experience from start to finish. It includes:

• Legal Rental Agreement: A professional contract to protect your rights.

• Property Verification: We personally check every apartment to ensure it meets our standards.

• On-Site Support: We meet you at the property for check-in and are your local contact 24/7.

• Utility Setup: For mid-term guests, we handle the meter readings and help manage electricity/water payments.

Step 1: Request Send us a request via our Personalized Search or directly from an apartment page.

Step 2: Reservation Deposit To secure your dates and take the apartment off the market, a small reservation deposit is required.

Step 3: Confirmation We send you a booking confirmation and the draft rental agreement.

Step 4: Welcome to Alanya Upon arrival, we meet you at the apartment, finalize the rental payment and service fee, and hand over your keys!

• Is the deposit refundable? 

• Do I pay the service fee every month or just once? (Answer: Just once!)

• When do I pay the service fee? The service fee is a one-time payment made at the start of your reservation (usually alongside the first month's rent or upon arrival).

• Is the electricity/water included? For short-term holiday stays, utilities are typically included. For mid-term rentals (1–3 months), utilities are usually paid by the guest based on actual consumption. We help you with the meter readings to ensure a fair process.
